all mr. betty products are shipped within 3 business days of purchase via Australia Post express shipping satchels. you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and you should receive your products within 7 days
refunds & returns
mr. betty wants all customers to be 100% satisfied with their products and provide a six-month manufacturing warranty on all products.
refunds will not be issued where the product has not been cared for appropriately. all products are issued with very clear care instructions.
in the unlikely event that you do encounter a manufacturing fault you will have the choice of a refund or replacement product to the same value. please email us at: info@mrbetty.com.au and we will instruct you on where to return your product for inspection prior to issuing you with a refund or replacement product
